Welcome to the Dreams and Visions Information Site.

This site was created after I receiving a dream about running one and having Doug Addison, Creator and Director of InLight Connection and former national Dream Team Coordinator for John Paul Jackson's Streams Institute for Spiritual Development, interpret that dream (see dream and interpretation below) during one of the monthly Dream Webcasts offered on InLight Connection (which I have taken several). See link below.


My studies have included the following classes offered by Streams Institute for Spiritual Development: Course 101 - The Art Of Hearing God, Course 201 - Understanding Dreams and Visions, and Course 202 - Advanced Workshop in Dream Interpretation.

I have also participated in a number of Friday Dream Chats hosted by a Streams Master Certified Dream Interpreter and have been a part of numerous dream team outreaches with Streams Master Certified Dream Interpreters.

Currently I have achieved the to the level 3 Apprentice at Streams Institute for Spiritual Development (see link below) and am taking mentoring classes with a Streams Master Certified Dream Interpreter.

Included on this website will be links to articles and videos by Doug Addison concerning Dreams and Visions. I hope to add articles by John Paul Jackson if I receive approval of Streams. There will also be include links to training opportunities and dream interpretation websites.

This site is still ever evolving so bear with me as I move forward with this site.

My Website Dream

The idea of this blog came to me in a dream on 4/16/08.


Dream Text:

I was part of a group of people offering an information/chat service online. My page was on Dreams & Visions. I had links to Steams Ministries and InLight Connection. Some of the course material was some of Doug Addison’s articles. Once people logged onto my page I could direct them to read the course material. I also knew I had to tell them this was an information site and no dreams or visions would be interpreted at this site. I remember the website page had color. I remember the color orange. I think I was sitting at a computer looking at the webpage in the dream.

This dream was interpreted by Doug Addison of InLight Connection (see link below) during his Dream Webcast on May 27, 2008.

Here are some of the elements of his interpretation:

Dream is about the dreamer and something he is called to do.

Three key points: 1) Offering, 2) Dreams and Visions, 3) Online. However, information site only, no dreams or visions would be interpreted. That means training only. One of the callings this person has is to help train other people, especially using high tech and the internet. This is a big positive dream.


Common themes (actions): Training, Online, Internet.


God is directing you to be part of teaching people about dreams using the internet. And you have been influenced by the teachings of InLight Connections and Streams Institute for Spiritual Development that is myself and John Paul Jackson’s website.


I want to encourage you to do that and one way is to set up a blog and you could re-post some of my articles or someone else’s. First of all I’ll tell you it helps me a lot by getting my message out there in a greater [way – search engines]. You can take articles right off my website and post them on your blog and then you get to answer questions that people put on there. It will draw people to your blog and then you could help [them and] others.


Great dream. I really want to help people use technology.

What if I Don't Dream?

This is a response I hear all too often. I feel we all have the ability to dream but don't always remember them.

A key to remembering your dreams is to start writing them down as soon as you wake up. Dreams seem to be written in disappearing ink and if you think you can go back to sleep or start your day and remember your dream later, think again. What you will find more often then not is "poof" your dream is gone. Just like a wisp of smoke. It is extremely important to write your dreams down as soon as you wake up while you can still remember. Even if you only remember a few words or symbols write them down. As you practice this you will start to remember more. Most of all ask God to help you remember your dreams.

There are numerous ways you can write or draw your dreams. In John Paul Jackson's book, Moments with God - Dream Journal, he lists five ways to record your dreams. 1) Linear Method - To write them down as you would regularly write. John Paul then explains about four Non-Linear ways of recording your dreams. 2) Cluster Method, 3) Story Diagramming, 4) Spiral Recording, 5) Intuitive Recording. It is a very good journal with very informative teachings about recording your dreams.

You can purchase the book (I highly recommend it) here, Streams Store, or you can follow the link to Streams below. Click on the Store tab on the menu bar, then click on the Books tab on the left, and then scroll down to the book and click to add to your cart then follow the online instructions.

You can also purchase an online journal through Doug Addison's website at http://dougaddison.com/thejournal/ as a way to record your dreams using your computer. This allows you to be able to cross reference your dreams.

Some dreams that we can't remember God seals within us for a later time.

There is much to learn about dreams, visions and their interpretations that takes time to learn. The key is to have a close intimate relationship with God and to learn how to hear Him better. One will need a close relationship with God to hear The Spirit of Truth when attempting to interpret dreams.

You will also need resources and training. The Bible is a great place to start in learning the language that our Creator speaks. Study the dreams in the Bible and the Parables of the New Testament. Jesus often taught in parables and uses symbols found in dreams. Dreams are also considered Night Parables.

You can also purchase CDs and DVDs about dreams and visions that are available at both Streams and InLight Connection using their store feature at their websites.

DO NOT PURCHASE DREAM INTERPRETATION BOOKS OR TEACHINGS BASED ON THE FREUDIAN OR JUNGIAN METHODS. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A CORRECT INTERPRETATION BASED ON BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES.

Another resource available to you is an online Dream Interpretation Site available through Streams called Interpret My Dream. You can purchase different numbers of dreams you can have interpreted each month. The site includes a dream journal where you can type them in and submit them for interpretation (see link below).

Did you ever feel you were a character in a cartoon? Help me Mr Wizard....

My cat Kato as a kitten. He was not named after the Kato who lived in OJ's coach house. My cat was named after the Green Hornet's side kick called Kato (who was played by Bruce Lee). My cat was a little ninja when he was a kitten. He would climb all the curtains to the top. I found him on the top of a clothes rack that was on top of my bedroom door. He was looking down at me. I think he startled me a bit. What a nut!

Kato grows. Doesn't he look all cute and proud. Look, I can sit still for two seconds.

Kato the cat (will be four in August 08) - just chillin'. Still a nut and attacks me from behind or from under the couch. And when those ears lay back on his head and he gets that look in his eyes... look out! ________________________________________________
